When working as an art director for JWT Huts Spot Thomson, I was also responsible for its newly launched digital division called Engage.
The initial, kick-off key visuals shown in this portfolio were to emphasize the positively crazy, non-sense possibilities achievable in the digital world, e.g. robot and gorilla engaged, rooster showing off with the egg and so on, the only limit being our imagination.
The slogan “There are people out there” is the human, humane element we kept in focus, so the logo, too, became the “humanized”, curvy version of how a letter “e” would look in a classic, old fashioned digital screen.
